Monaco has been losing a bit of personality in the past years after they started doind land reclamation and building before and after the tunnel

What's even going on with that now? Weren't we supposed to get a track extension at some point when they'd finished?

Also isn't the blue billboards they've put up before the tunnel the definition of a fake harbour these days? :whistling:

In jewellerygate, it is still not clear if Hamilton will race with them, if he will give in and remove them, or if he will be banned from the event.

I reckon he is trying to call the FIA's bluff, but idk, this new president is giving me Jean-Marie Balestre vibes, so it could backfire on Hamilton

Looks too good to be true (ICON-EU model).

All models show some rain but also periods of no rain, so knowing history of F1, there's going to be a gap in the clouds from 3pm to 5pm on Sunday.

Sunday is forecast to have frontal/post-frontal rainfall and that is a sure bet when there is a front.

You can see it quite nicely in the graph in the below link. Warm on Saturday, cooler with rain on Sunday as the front passes through.

All those forecasts don't matter. Monaco is usually protected by the mountains from any rain that moves in.

My money is on some morning rain and a bone dry race with clouds hovering over the mountains but never hitting the track.

The problem is we need the perfect amount of rain or there won't be a race at all.

They wanted to move it to Friday since a couple of years, this will be the first year that the new plan is in use.

Same here wtf I opened F1TV expecting to watch FP1/FP2 highlights. 8O When the heck did they decide to scrap the traditional Thursday practice? Is the change only for this year or permanently going forward?

Oh man this is hilarious
