If your engineers can't do better, they won't magically design a top 3 car with MOAR MONEY.
And clearly Vettel isn't an added value for improving a team.

Force India used to do fairly well on a small budget for several years

I wonder if it wouldn't be a good idea to do quali like the supports do, in groups of 10. It would definitely get rid of some traffic issues.

Interrupting Stroll is the only one that managed to interrupt a potentially completely green flag session with his wall scrape
