The radar is confusing. Rain clouds are currently over the circuit, but it's still not raining. Must be some residual singal from the clouds. Might be a dry race till the end after all, huh.

This is going to be a very bad race without rain

They can't overtake even if they enabled DRS with the off line area being wet
