I guess it's good they didn't piss around for ages. But it's quite funny how team principals are not part of the 'silly season'

He'll have a week of "gardening leave" to complete in January.

Seriously though, a Frenchman joining Ferrari after a tumultuous few years sounds familiar :whistling: :whistling:

The fuck is going on? That's nearly half the grid with a different team principal next year

I remember 2 quotes from Binotto this year:

- There's no reason why Ferrari can't win the last 10 races of the season!
- The rumours of me leaving Ferrari and Fred Vasseur taking my place are completely rubbish and not true at all!

Tweet I saw. Next year 60% of the grid will have a TP at their helm for max 2 years. The only long term TP's are Horner, Tost, Wolf and Steiner.

Hamilton? You mean Verstappen. Young and upcoming. Just won his 2nd title. Won first title in a controversial way, the British fans didn´t like it. 2nd title was more dominant.

Honestly, a stint at Ferrari should be the success penalty for any back to back WDC, would make the sport a lot more interesting.

but not being allowed to bring any employee you had during your championships

you got to use the resources available at Maranello

It has been rumored a few times but now even Autosport is reporting it: Ford linked to F1 return with Red Bull

Always figured it where mere rumors but apparently its not just baseless rumors.

The appetite is definitely there for a good quality 11th/12th team imo, not like HRT or Caterham quality
