Melbourne wont happen. That country has gone insane.

What makes you say this?

We have almost zero restrictions currently.

That’s a gross exaggeration.

It’s 12 feet.

Yeah we had strict conditions but they’re long gone.

We used to flinch when 5 people were positive now we’ve got 430,000 active cases and we don’t even care the slightest.

Otmar Szafnauer is leaving Aston Martin, but it doesn't seem as it was his own decision.

I think he deserves a lot of credit for making Force India and everything that came after that a decent midfield team, often best of the rest.

Force India was quite a remarkable operation, barely having enough budget and still finishing on the points

Some journalists are claiming that BWT wants to go back into being a full sponsor and making the cars pink again, is that correct?

BWT is leaving Aston Martin, they're probably looking for another team to have a big involvement. Some are claiming that both Otmar and BWT are gone to Alpine.

I don't think Alpine would completely ditch their colours, though.

BWT might want to look at Williams then.

havent seen this here but apparently a new angle of the 1989 Prost/Senna collision popped up.
Based on this you'd expect Prost to be handed the DQF.

you can see he went very early on the corner, the car would jump the kerb had Senna not be in the way

if it was nowadays they would strip Prost off his points like they did with Schumacher

If Brundle was commenting that one:
"That didn't work Alain, that didn't work. You hit the wrong part of him of my friend."

This angle also shows that Senna was fully in control. He had enough grip to be able to turn in an attempt to avoid contact. He would've made the corner, maybe a little deep, but he would've made it. It's crazy, given how far back he's coming from.

To be fair, at the time they would consider this a racing incident anyway. The whole controversy with that asshole Balestre was about the outside assistance, and the chicane short-cutting because that's the only thing he could pin on him.

couldn't the amount of time lost trying to return to the race be used as a feasible argument?

Can you imagine how quickly F1 would have been declared a dead sport if the internet was around back then?
