I will go on a limb here and make a suggestion: what if fans would just not watch a session or a race they're not interested in, and either dismiss it completely and check the result only, or watch the highlights? That will solve half the online debates about race calendar and weekend schedule.

Missing a race on purpose? Murphy's law says that it will be "the race of the century". Who would be fool enough to miss a race that is like Brazil 2003, Brazil 2008 and Brazil 2012 combined together? Can't take that risk.

This, I'm not seeing any news on Motorsport.com and I'm curious what is going on.

Overcast, and 85% chance of rain has changed to 45%, which effectively means 0% chance. Oh well, maybe next week at Losail....yeah no.

Lewis new ICU. 5 place grid penalty on sunday.

Not the track I would have taken that penalty at - this is probably his worst track in terms of performance, and if the Red Bulls have the same sort of advantage as they did last weekend he's going to ship a minimum of 10 points to Max.

going by the current standings he wont finish higher than #3 in the farce race. Then gets 5 places added so starting from 8th. In the middle of hte pack. Could easily end in a DNF in the first few corners.

At the same time he doesn't have a choice does he? Next are Losail and Jeddah, where making positions will be close to impossible in both. Abu Dhabi would be fine, but too late to benefit.

Losail might be OK for passing for the Mercedes if they have a significant car advantage.

I'd say ending on the podium will be a great result for Hamilton

unless it rains and make it easier for him to grab a win
