Only a fine and not a race penalty?

That was as blatant an unsafe release as they come, if they'd caused contact would they have penalised the Aston Martin?

So what's the Parc Ferme rule? Can they fix crash damages without grid penalty?

Yeah so long as they don't change the gearbox they can change the damaged parts to similar parts without penalty.
