Fucking hell you're pathetic.

He had Covid, likely has long Covid as a result. You could clearly see he was utterly drained after the race.

He could hardly stand during the champagne spraying. If he was acting, he's a bloody good actor.

Likely has long covid?

Sure. Just was able to get back in the car within a week of having it but now is falling down nine months later.

I'm quite sure his doctor wouldn't let him drive with a risk of getting serious heart and lung damage or infections like pneumonia or myocarditis.

Hungary is a track that wears off even the best drivers

except Alonso, he drove like in his best days, secured a great win to Alpine and climbed out of the car like he did a sunday drive, what a man

They ran 2 extra installation laps but doubt they can defend that it took the 0.7 liter they’re missing

Didn't that count into the race distance as it wasn't a new race?

Either way it'd just be pointed out they had almost an entire race to make sure they save that litre needed.

You don't have to think he did that on purpose to wonder how big the odds are for the two Mercedes drivers make two rookie driving mistake in the last two races and managed to wreck 3 red bulls in the process. What a miserably unlucky coincidence. They must be heartbroken to inadvertently cast such misfortune onto innocent fellow racers.

Nothing happened on purpose. Not the Silverstone crash, not the startcrash of today. Fans who actually believe that don´t deserve to call themselves fans.

Doesn´t mean they should not be punished for it, and more severe than what they got for it.

well, quoting Mario Andretti on that infamous Kevin Cogan incident in 1982

a very pissed off Mario Andretti wrote:
This is what happens when you have children doing a man's job up front.

even though is not the best Mercedes of all time, is still a car too good for Bottas, who cannot even do a wet weather start without causing mayhem

but this time things are happening and favouring just one side, the evil side. Is just too good to be just luck

how about put them to drive the cars since they want the main role?

Are you fucking kidding me?

Since refueling is banned, why don't they check the fuel BEFORE the fucking race? Again one lucky bastard gets everything on a platinum plate.

it's about fuel usage during the race. how much they have to start isn't relevant

You mean how bigs are the odds that mistakes from a driver (Lewis or Valtteri) will take out the opponents closest to them on he grid in the incident?

Pretty big odds, statistically. What's unlikely would be a Haas taking out a RedBull when they mess up during lap 1.

This is what I love about the fantasy world of conspiracy theories. It bathes people in the delusion that implacable logic is being used, while contradicting actual logic.

We had Senna run into Prost on purpose. We had Schumacher run into his opponent on two different occasions. We had Schumacher park his car preventing others to better his time. We had a #2 driver spin so his teammate could win the race.

That’s not me trying to proof Mercedes did this on purpose but it’s laughable delusional to claim it’s absolutely impossible that it could have been premeditated
