don't need to do that, there's a track at Motorland Aragon they should use

Hmm...not a exciting race, but not as boring as last race.

Happy for Ric to finished 6th.

Yeah you're not gonna get a better race on this layout

Only this race and 2003 are actually decent to watch Barcelona races

5/10 race i guess

But we were expecting 0/10 so take what we can get

Given what a mess Mercedes made of a strategy they're lucky they have a pace advantage over Red Bull. Impressive performance by Hamilton, strategic races never look good on screen.

I hope it was Russell's tyres that gave up. Without wanting to turn into someone with an irrational hatred of him for failing to visit my country, it is starting to feel like every time he gets near scoring a point something happens. Though Latifi was no where near anyway...

Williams effectively had a free pitstop over everyone else except Giovinazzi since they pitted under SC and only made one green-flag stop while everyone else made two. He promptly run out of tires in the last 6-7 laps though and tumbled like a stone - even Sky had no idea what's going on when they said Russell is making a charge at Alonso when in reality Stroll behind him erased a 10 second gap in 10 laps and was ready to pass Russell himself. Once Stroll passed Russell, so did Gasly, Raikkonen and Vettel on much fresher rubber.

I have no idea why Alonso pitted three laps before the end? There was zero chance he gets FL with Verstappen going for it as well.

Race started out promising but ended up being more boring than reading a dictionary. Struggled to stay awake through most of it. 1/10 for me, typical Barcelona snoozer.

We had a genuine battle and pass for the win and lots of action through the field. Not sure what else we realistically could have expected. It was good

I'm pretty sure Russell and Alonso found the limits of the tyres. Alonso also tumbled down the order before pitting.

Somewhat genuine. It's been quite apparent for a few races now that Mercedes hold a substantial superiority over Red Bull when it comes to race pace. Verstappen was driving the wheels off his car early on yet Hamilton was able to stalk him with ease. And then the slick strategy call later on basically setup an uncontested DRS-assisted 'pass for the win'. But yea I guess there some juicy battles in the midfield. But probably still better than what we'll get in 2 weeks time at Monaco.

Was ok race, a repeat of Hungary 2019 in terms of strategy. Was good.
Hopefully 30.5 wont dissapoint, cuz its Monaco and Indy 500, almost all day in front of tv. Cant wait, for me best day of the year as a motorsport fan, if Monaco will be a snoozer, im sure the Indy 500 wont

What battle? What pass? Sure, lap one T1 and T2, maybe. But that travesty at the end? That was nothing but +3s tire advantage and DRS. Not a battle. Not a pass. Good strategy for this shitty track where you can't pass. But not a battle.

Just like Hungary a couple of years ago, this race was won using a strategy which only worked because F1 is at best a two horse race. You'd never be able to pull it off in a competitive series, there would be too many cars to pass.

It wasn't a spectacular race, but it was a decent one with Mercedes having to work hard once again to get the win.

We've seen far worse races in the past, but such a good season is getting us spoiled. We all should rewatch Canada 2018 tied to the seat to remember what actually is a bad race.

Just a thought.

After Verstappen and Ricciardo, Red Bull's best driver in the hybrid era was Daniil Kvyat.
