It's not a shocker, Martin. This was exactly the Strulovich plan. To make Lance boy look good compared to his teammate.

Shouldn't have gambled with Perez by going with the mediums, knowing he didn't have the pace to be at the sharp end of the grid on them.

Yea, those Q1 final run times aren't entirely representative for a few drivers, Vettel included, with that yellow flag. Let's see how his relative pace to Stroll is in the race. But not expecting miracles from him yet considering his limited testing time and still adjusting to the team/car.
