The most important thing to remember is not to tune in 10 minutes past, or you miss the first laps.

I now miss having Melbourne as the opener.

Was a great chance to have a beer and some snacks for some midnight racin'

Now it'd awkward to open a cold one at 10 AM.

Mick Schumacher will score more points than George Russell in 2021.

so what you're saying is that the Mercedes is soo bad that Lewis will quit after a few races, Russel takes his place at Mercedes, Mick will take his place at Williams and scores a point for Williams? :whistling:

Back on topic (ish) and after 2 races last year, testing, drive to survive and practice, qualifying and racing this weekend, I'm going to be royally sick of this track

Please say we don't end up here again before the end of the season :slaphead:

Just wondering, all this Bahrain-fest could have been... a Barcelona-fest. The sport would be in serious jeopardy if that happened.

Murphy's law states it definitely rained on the original date of the Barcelona race last year

I suppose it could've been worse, it could've been Abu Dhabi every weekend...

New Covid variant cancels Australian GP, Bahrain steps in, and we end up having 3 consecutive races at the Middle East - with both championships decided already. Happy happy joy joy. :p

For the Asian F3 races they used the short loop just after T3 which was good for them (still made them do the rest of the shit parts around the back of the lap though, didn't realise they could cut them out too)

Not sure if cutting away the long straight would be a good idea for F1 though, but you know it's a terrible design when it has like the 3rd longest straight of the year and STILL no-one can get past anyone else

Yeah, really, I never understood even remotely what Tielke was thinking when he decided that's a good idea.
