If Russell beats Bottas by over 0,3 secs. on this micky mouse layout that will mean either of two things (or both):

1. Mercedes is a true beast and the so-called Hamilton X factor that makes it look worse is actually pure bullshit.

2. Valtteri Bottas truly SUCKS and should be fired from Mercedes ASAP.

I'm not a fan of Russell (duh) but I'm sick of these Barrichello-type #2 drivers who don't push the team leader at all.

I've said it before, the only reason they keep Bottas is that he's yet to put the constructors championship at risk for them. As soon as the other teams get their act together then maybe they'll finally realise he's wasting that seat.

Yeah, I agree. The ONLY reason why Bottas hasn't been axed is the fact the Red Bull #2 driver (Gasly & Albon now) is actually doing a worse job than him and doesn't screw Merc's constructors' title quest.

Russell would do it for $5 million a year (plus $10 million to Williams to break his contract).

Maybe Hamilton's better than we thought and the Mercedes is worse than we thought. Or the Mercedes is better than we thought and Bottas is worse than we thought and Russell is better than Kubica who's worse than we thought and last year's Williams was better than we thought but only on Friday, and on Saturdays Kubica's better than Hamilton who's worse than Bottas who's better than Russell unless it's raining. Maybe Maldonado's better than all of them.
