Can't wait to see how HARD Mercedes are going to dominate Mugello now after they've lost this race.

TBF it's still a great recovery drive from Lewis, and makes Bottas look like a fucking moron to only finish 2 places behind him with basically a 30 second penalty and no SCs to close up the field

Merc should fire Bottas and hire......Gasly ;)

Hamilton would refuse to have a good driver as teammate.

Plz stop feeding him and let's NOT talk about Hamilton, he's irrelevant today.

Well, insane messed up mixed up result.

It's just proof we just need Mercedes to fuck off now, Verstappen was out early on, Albon and Bottas had no chance once again, so it wasn't going to end any other way.

Haas trolling on twitter with "You can thank us later" (for the safety car).

That's one of the most incredible things I've seen in F1. 8 years since a car that wasn't one of the five best won a race

This is why F1 should've kept the 2008ish rule for not opening the pit lane under the safety car straight away. It created so many random races like this - Piquet Jr nearly winning at Hockenheim, Alonso in Singapore, Coulthard on the podium in Canada etc

Also lol at my dad, who's still seething that Lewis didn't win

statistics will give the win to Alpha Tauri, but for me is the second victory for Minardi, lets rejoice

plus, that's the proof that Mercedes is the unnecessary evil in F1. F1 doesn't need them, go rape Formula E instead

That was his race. Thank god he choked.

Frankly, such waste that is Racing Point being driven by Stroll and Perez.

Perez isn't so much a waste of a seat more being hampered to make Stroll look better. How many times have we seen him get a shit strategy by the team?

there was that time in Spain when they simply came up with an unexistent penalty so Stroll could finish ahead

Also, it's good to see an Italian team winning. These guys know how to celebrate a win. Feels good to see it.

Today was a special day. My GF came home and she never watch sports, not her thing. But she noticed this race was different, because I couldn't really keep the emotions in. Kept clapping and hoping someone other then Bottas would win. And she sat down watching as well. Even she was happy for this guy she never heard of called Pierre Gasly. Was like 1999-2000 again when I was cheering Ferrari on. The same feeling. My pulse went up. This is what got me hooked on racing in the first place, not the crashes.
