I'd rather see Checo get away from this shitty sport and go somewhere like GTs where he can fight for a win and actually race without politics and shitty regulations getting in the way. I hope all the drivers I like do that and F1 is left with Stroll and Grosjean fighting for empty championships.

If I where Haas or Alpha I'd be sucking his balls or whatever he pleases to get him into my team.

If I where RBR I'd probably even consider him.

Perez could excel a lot in endurance races, he got a good take on equipment management and can win , something he was unable to do at F1 yet

both Haas drives are far from F1 level. If they don't hire Perez, then I have no idea what's wrong with them...

Agreed. Feel like Haas should go after Perez + Hulkenberg for 2021 which would be the most formidable pairing they can currently put together for 2021. I really have no idea why they continue to persist with these two.

I like that Vettel is going to Aston Martin. And I'd say that team has a lot of potential for the new regulations.

Haas needs to step up and get Perez with all that Telmex money. And get Hulkenberg or even Ferrari can pay for Mick Schumacher's seat.

Raikkonen should retire and give way to another new driver from Ferrari's academy, or Hulkenberg, who still has a few years left in him.

Alonso should've never returned, tbh.

I'm hoping that Vettel going to Aston Martin will be like Piquet at Benetton in 1990. He went out on a high after a couple of average seasons in a team in decline (Lotus).

Or he could just spend another year in the midfield, spinning everytime he goes side by side into a corner. Hopefully the former...

I guess that's pretty obvious as Lance is like some sort of Johnny Lawrence or Draco Malfoy. The difference is that in F1 we don't have good guys and that's why he'll succeed

How are GTs anywhere near as bad as F1 in this regard? I'm talking IMSA as well as WEC btw, or any international sports car series for that matter. WEC top class hasn't been great just due to a lack of manufacturer participation but that looks likely to change soon. I'm sure there's more to your opinion than just kiddie emoji speak.

I'm curious as to how long the other owners of Aston Martin/ Racing Point (Stroll is a part owner remember) will tolerate having Dad's boy in the car over more highly skilled drivers? Will Aston Martin really like having their marque name being treated like a crappy low grid F3 team?

I give them 2 years especially if Seb starts doing a number on Lance like I think he will.

funny that throughout its history AM never focused on profits, they just wanted to craft the automobile as provider of comfort and performance, back in the day was just a bunch of people in a shed working on the cars patiently until the best came out of it

well, I must say they keep doing that well at least for the road cars but still not giving any profit
