That video shows better how "off" that bridge is. Like the one at Elkhart Lake, but even faster place while the rest of the track is like Paul Ricard.

Nah, the following and the previous turn all have the same length of escape area, it will probably look normal at tv angles, maybe odd from the helicopter. But doesn't seem an anomaly to me.

Love how small amount of runoff area there is after straight to T1 or T6. Driver who will lost brakes or will have contact and then airbourne at breaking point is already RIP

Just like India and Korea, this track will be on the calender for 3-4 years and then be dropped off.

The way things are going, I will be surprised if it happens at all, at least this year.

Shanghai is almost certainly off.

Zandvoort being a prime example but at least that is somewhat defendable seeing the track has an actual history and Max Verstappen.

Shanghai isn't until April, it depends on how long this coronavirus goes on for, I guess. Or if anyone makes an antidote, OT there's a little bit of progress: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-australia-51289897

They'll cancel the British, Canadian and German GP's in a heartbeat, but some money race in Asia - no chance
