For RBR this is a good signing. If Perez keeps up what he did this season he'll fit in well. And if Verstappen happens to leave at the end of 2021 they still have a good driver left.

Great to see Interlagos staying on. One of the few tracks that can put on decent races consistently.

Ineos have taken a one-third shareholding in the Mercedes team, alongside Daimler and Toto Wolff, who will be staying on as team principal and CEO for another three years

So, Daimler now only owns 30% of the team. Wont be long before they sell the rest too.

Pretty excited about the prospect of Perez in a Red Bull at the Mexican GP. The atmosphere could be amazing (assuming fans are back by then of course)

As a Dutch F1 and Verstappen fan, I can confirm. Fuck those asshats that came in because of Max.

I'm fearing the shit they will pull during the Dutch GP.

At the Belgian GP, there was (still is?) a "youth" grandstand at Stavelot, which was a polite way of putting Max fans together. Austria had the inner grandstand.

Maybe at the Dutch GP, all grandstands are Max's by default, and there will be one isolated grandstand for normal fans where you can go

better the people at Zandvoort ban all those smoke things or the race will be red flagged due to orange smoke in the track

Good news for Perez, certainly deserved a spot on the grid after his performances this year. Interesting to see it's only a 1 year deal. They're leaving the option open to go back with Albon for 2022 (who stays on as test driver) in case things don't work out with Perez.

If Hulkenberg had been teammate to Perez all this year, would he have achieved similar results?
