Keep driving with damage like that should be an instant DQ. If that piece comes off.....

That's up to the race direction to order that a damaged car pits. Black and orange flag is there for a reason.

When the driver says it feels fine, they're not stopping unless ordered to.

I know the stewards are trying to avoid intervening these days, but if Leclerc and Vettel don't get penalties here, that's fucking insane

I think Leclerc just missed the apex, but it surprised me the pace of the decision.

OH WAIT - Under investigation.

Jump start. He immediately stopped and it cost him the lead, but he did roll early.

Message from the fia to ferrari: jump the start, knock people out the way and litter debris all over the track: no penalties :8: :8: :8:

I like leclerc but staying out with a damaged wing and showering the cars behind with parts was one of the stupidest things I've seen in a while
Managed to damage the car behind and I won't he surprised if we get some random punctures later on because of this

Vettel looks like an arcade game character that bought the immunity against penalties after Canada.

I don't get it. Surely that's an objective rule. Just utterly bizarre

If I was RBR and Mercedes I’d park out of protest. Especially for Mercedes one race won’t make a difference

I think it's because he stopped before triggering the sensor.

Then, what's the point of taking all these minutes to investigate something if the sensors aren't saying a thing?
