I've just seen what happened. Verstappen should have expected to have been passed, as slowly as he was going.

It demonstrates the sorry state of F1 that one car passing another has generated an argument.

The interesting thing that this is the second GP in a row Vettel is involved in this situation. When Norris got screwed in Bahrain, he said Vettel was to blame instead of Grosjean, because overtaking a car before the last corner is something you are supposed not to do.

Apparently, this is an unwritten rule that half of the grid is aware and half isn't.
