I believe the tracks of the actual calendar belong to the crapwagons they're using to race and vice versa

F1 does not need road relevance or even manufacturer support to be popular or successful.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Spa is not a particularly good race track.

F1 needs to drop the traditions and go full renewable energy in the near future.
Open up the rule book, let teams find their own unique solutions, just say "no more burning fossil fuels" and see what they come up with

Vettel style start chops need to be penalised

Hamilton is underrated

Ferrari is overrated

The championship table is not the only barometer of how good a season is.

Ground effect needs to come back

The 80s was the best era for f1

Bring back Kers

Blah blah gravel traps Blah

Refueling ruined the sport

Sky sports pay wall will kill the sport

High airbox cars are ugly

Good eras are 1979-1993 2009-2016

Discussions on who's talented/overrated are entirely pointless in an era where the car and the team's driver bias determine 99% who's going to win. But they'll continue because if we only talked about what's an actual factor in F1, there would be fuck all to talk about.

Testing/developing a car and negotiating your team seat are just as crucial skills for a driver to have as the behind the wheel/race weekend stuff

When it goes well (Lewis, Micheal) it goes very well. When it does (Alonso, Fittipaldi) it's a freaking disaster :P

Fans' hard ons for F1 teams is what shifted the power balance towards teams and in turn made F1 what it is today, which is much less of a sport than it was.

We need more shitty/incompetent drivers in F1 seats.

I'm talking the likes of Yuji Ide, Ricardo Rosset, Taki Inoue, Philippe Alliot. Guys who will mess up every once in a while, who will block the track, take out a leader when being lapped. Unprofessional idiots who make a race interesting, heck the whole week-end interesting because of their antics. Human beings who make you think that you could also drive an F1 car. Those guys you see in the gravel trap and say "him again" rolling your eyes up.
They don't even need to be bad drivers, just a fast successful asshole like a Paul Tracy or an Eddie Irvine would be a blessing in these times.

Nowadays the quality of the whole field is SUPER high and super professional. You have 19 years-old who were formatted from their younger years to only drive, who are followed by PR experts and psychologists. There's no stray dogs/ mentally unstable drivers anymore, they all raced together in lower categories, and all seem to have been bred like nice little puppies by one of the major academies. Even pay drivers are like that.
They act professionally on the track, listen to their engineers and their team, never speak their minds to the media, move WAY out under a blue flag, and they barely break shit. I can't relate to any of these formatted dipshits.

blame it on cars that don't break and driving academies

perhaps we'll never see drivers like Barrichello, whose father had to sell the car so he could do a few races in F-Ford or Roberto Moreno who had tumble the race car in the trailer to make a season in F3000 and after some good wins got a job in Ferrari

Ban all manufacturer teams. See what happens. I'm serious.
