Palmer - time to let go and give a chance for someone better, someone from Poland I guess
Haas - a bad pit stop that cost the race to Grosjean and probably a penalty

The brains of the sport that thought these aero regulations would be good for the racing.

Ferrari, I hope Hamilton and Mercedes takes the title.

Palmer, what can Renault lose if they put Kubica in the car?

Erickson, even the Swedish fans changed their hats for Sunday and rooted for Räikkönen instead.

Don't you love having "NEW TRACK RECORD" flashing every couple minutes during qualy sessions?

It's all that matters. You need catchphrases to market something to the general public, and "cars faster than ever before" is much easier than "cars slightly slower than before in fast corners due to aero restrictions but less dirty air so they can follow more closely and create more passing opportunities and side-by-side racing"

Palmer - Hopefully we'll see someone else in the car in Belgium.
Verstappen - Drove a solid race but he was simply to eager in the second turn.
Williams - Not the drivers but the chassis.

Only 13 seconds behind the race winner, with a 10-second penalty. Not too bad, right?

This.

Also Palmer for being his usual useless self - crashing twice and then got comprehensively annihilated in the race by Hulk. I'll triple faceplam Renault if he's still in the car in Belgium.

Williams for a crap chassis.

Sauber for an even crappier chassis.

Haas for getting absolutely nothing out of what appears to be a decent(ish) chassis.

Verstappen for a rookie mistake.

Verstappen - fighting with Kvyat for winning the 'first-lap nutcase' award this year. Even though he had a nice pace.
Pérez - touching his teammate at the start on purpose and then pushing him off is not a very good way to put aside the squabbles, isn't it?
Magnussen - not leaving enough room to an opponent and then insulting him
