Lewis for complaining about everything and brake testing Vettel
Bottas for his second clumsy move at the start, yet getting away with no penalty
Red Bull for apparently only capable of getting Ricciardo's car to finish

Special mention to:
Vettel: went full Maldonado. Never go full Maldonado
Whiting/Stewards: stop listening to drivers. They don't want a challenging track. They only want to win without as less risk as possible. He should have made that cerb higher instead of removing it/lowering it. I'm glad when they put a yank in that position. Maybe some invisibris, but not this kind of crap.
This forum. Slooooow.
Force India. How did i forget this. 'We don't need team orders'. It's because they are in points-no-mans-land, otherwise they would have given away lots of money.

Hamilton and Vettel for that retarded show.

Bottas for acting like a complete moron and stealing a podium finish after being gifted that lap back.

Sainz, for spinning aloine, but it's still Kvyat's fault.
Ocon, for his dumb attack on his teammate. Last week, Perez was a dick, but this time, it's 100% Esteban error.
Bottas, for turn 2 dumb attack, and still lucky enough to finish 2nd.

Vettel for causing damage that took longer than his penalty to repair.

The guy has Schumachers lucky horse shoe crammed up his arse.

If he doesn't win the title this year when he can manage to take a dead set win away from Mercedes at their strongest track then he's done something massively wrong with his tyre+car+luck advantage

Aside from that force India and hulkenburg.
If lance stroll could get a freaking podium that tells you it was a day for capitalising and they let huge points fall through their hands

You're implying Vettel's hit caused Lewis's headrest to come loose?

Vettel - Would have voted three times for him if I could, what an utterly retarded move by a four-time world champion.
Force India - They once again have a great car but their drivers need to stop hitting each other.
Hulkenberg - A rare, expensive mistake.

Ocon (even though I enjoy him) for walling his teammate, Sauber for being an awful team, and Palmer because he's just awful

Just to defend Ocon, in the small straight between 1 and 2 we were onboard with Perez on the live feed, and it showed that he turned left and hit Ocon that was already alongside him, before the turn point. That's why Ocon didn't want to let go of it in turn 2 and was overly aggressive. Still, you need to keep your head cool and play it fair for the next corner.

I am voting for him still, because that's no way to act professionally, but honestly: Perez was starting to act like a macho alpha male that owns the team and the racetrack, so I found it funny and satisfying that Ocon stood up to him, as clumsy as it looked.
