Don't they realise a hard working businessman when they see it? It takes so much effort to scroll google to select an "anonymous" company to steal a logo off, and all that lying, cheating and scheming that is mandatory for successful businessnes takes time and resources too? What do these namby pamby, loonie liberal, out of touch judges want from businesses these days, legitimate trade based on an actual product? That's so not how modern businesses work, they need to get with the times! |

That's so not how modern businesses work, they need to get with the times! It's funny and depressing because this is literally what the guy is like. He just has no concept of accountability or responsibility. Even yesterday he posted a picture of his own motorbike (complete with Whyte logo) and stated it would be seen at the TT next year. Much as he is obviously a self-absorbed prat, I do hope he has some kind of support available when reality hits because it's going to hit hard... |

When it all falls over, he can shave it off and assume a new identity and be on to the next dupe At this rate he's well on the way to being our next prime minister. |

That would be funny if it wasn't so close to home truth-wise. |

Rich Energy getting into deep trouble Quote: Whyte Bikes will also find out who handed over money to Haas: "Full details of any sums of money paid or payable to the Haas #F1 Team pursuant to Rich Energy's sponsorship, indicating in each case whether such sums were paid or payable by Rich Energy or by any other entity." "Any sums of money invested by third parties in any other company or entity controlled by Rich Energy in connection with and/or pursuant to the sponsorship of the Haas #F1 Team" Also, by August 1st, Rich Energy must disclose to Whyte Bikes "Any sums of money invested in or made available to #RichEnergy , including for the avoidance of doubt sums invested in or made available to the Rich Energy, in connection with its sponsorship of the Haas #F1 Team." Formal court orders passed to Rich Energy surrounding their use of the stag logo trademarked by Whyte Bikes. Rich Energy are warned:"If you disobey this Order, you may be found guilty of contempt of Court and may be sent to prison or fined or your assets may be seized." https://formulaspy.com/formula-1/rich-e ... case-62446 https://twitter.com/thomasmaheronf1 I bet they wished they settled out of court when they had the chance. |

Martin Donnelly is at risk of losing his leg, the one he injured in his crash at Jerez, after being runover by a bike during a charity ride in Ireland. There's a Gofundme open for him: https://www.gofundme.com/f/martin-donnelly |

James B wrote: ![]() Breathtaking smugness here It's a good point, but worth noting that it wasn't necessarily fans that started that theme, it was pundits and certain drivers kicking up a fuss about having to take care of the tires and not being able to go all out all the time, that groups of fans (really one particular group of fans) latched onto. The whole "argument" was very much tinted red, as it so usually is in Formula One. |

Interesting claim / reason for termination. Wonder if this will also end in a court case? |

Wonder if Haas has sucked a bit more than usual on purpose to get them to cite breach of performance so Rich terminated the contract instead of Haas... Assuming Haas was being paid but the writing is on the wall and they want to distance themselves as fast as possible. |

So woke m8, how can you even bullshit your way into a life of riley with these nambie pambie, p.c. types demanding actual facts, money and not ripping anyone off to back up your wild claims, its suffocating! I can't wait for these tweets to progressively get worse and worse until the account gets deleted and the fella moves onto his next charade |

Gaara wrote: QFNP But great news imo This blatantly was signed a few months ago when it leaked but was hushed up so Silverstone could get a bit of "come because it might be the last ever one" publicity out of it But good for them, if that worked for them they might well almost break even.... |
