He was already overlapping with Grosjean. It is Grosjean's responsibility not to cut him off. He failed to do that, and he should be punished. End of discussion.

No replays of the incident. :( Shame, directors should know that Maldonado easily causes them and therefore Pastor should always have onboard available. Except in times when he is out of the race already.
