3 - worst race of the season. I hoped DRS would make it a more entertaining race but it didnt happen. Shame the races here are so shit as I like the layout

4/10, there was some action in the midfield actually, if it was any other track our perception would've been a bit better, but this place is just utter rubbish to watch the cars go around in their own without a decent story unfolding.

Yap 8)

hmmm... Had Michael's steering wheel failed and killed him in 2000 (at 31 years old), he would barely have the same number of victories.

After this race, and seeing the first race in F1 history where nobody retired... allways the same cars, and same teams in almost the same positions, I decided to count the points in the old 10-6-4-3-2-1 system to see how balanced the championship would be, and it really shows the lack of different results in this season, only 11 drivers would have pointed, and only 6 teams, here it is...

Drivers

01 - Vettel 72 pts
02 - Button 30 pts
03 - Hamilton 29 pts
04 - Webber 29 pts
05 - Alonso 22 pts
06 - Petrov 06 pts
07 - Massa 06 pts
08 - Heidfeld 04 pts
09 - Schumacher 04 pts
10 - Rosberg 04 pts
11 - Kobayashi 02 pts

Constructors

01 - Red Bull 101 pts
02 - McLaren 59 pts
03 - Ferrari 28 pts
04 - Renault 10 pts
05 - Mercedes 08 pts
06 - Sauber 02 pts

The first time where a driver has finished 24th. I think 19 started the Dutch GP in 1961 and 6 in US 2005, 20 in Italy 2005. Karthikeyan finished last in that race in Monza and last here today

Oops, my bad, but I think its a record that 24 cars completed a F1 race, right?

Yes. China this year had 23 finishers with Alguersuari the only retirement. Turkey had 22 finishing, di Resta retired and Glock failed to start. Same number of classified finishers in Brazil last year along with British GP 1952 (31 started)

If he wins every race left to go, he surpassses Alonso.

Such a stupid comparison. I'm pretty sure you'd have given Lewis a car as good as the 2010 and 2011 RBR's he have won a bucketload more races. Schumacher has over twice as many wins as Senna, does that make him twice as good?

Christ, the criticism of Vettel for trivial things is silly. As is such a comparison. Winning is as much down to circumstance and just how good your car is.

I wasn't trying to make a comparison, just pointing out another milestone.

The only two drivers on the current grid with more victories are Alonso and Schumacher.

2, until they make the 'straights' straight then we won't ever see a good race here.

I ended up missing this race live....but it doesn't need too much investigation to know I haven't missed much. Gonna watch the full replay on Sportv later but it's so disappointing, when everybody thought the reign of Red Bull would begin to fall because of new rules...IndyCar race was far more interesting this weekend.
