Decent race by Monza standards - first half had plenty of action, 2nd half was pretty dull. At least DRS and KERS means cars can actually overtake when they get to close to each other unlike in previous years.

Comes to something when Trulli considers 14th a great result

Not trying to start a shitstorm here, I'm just interested.

Is Alonso ignoring the track limits here?

Vettel had been great again, but when I can be happy with a Schumi race, I have to vote MSC!
Great defense Michael.

As far as I recall they've always allowed that haven't they?

Yes, but one of the two old farts in the booth said something about it being allowed on lap 1, so, whatever.

More questionable is the fact that Alonso ran Vettel off the track during his overtake but there was no accident so, again, meh.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

To be honest, I thought that the top 3 were about to collide at the start before Lewis pulled back and I thought Vettel was going to spin off when he did that move. He still can't overtake, can he? :p

I know Silverstone used to do it but with the new start/finish line it's not done anymore. Do they still do it at Suzuka?

Montréal (I was there in 2006, but I was too far away to be there in time for the podium ceremony :p)

25-30 first laps were great, last part of the race not very exciting.

Luizzi got a five place penalty. But what is the point? He is usually last or second last!

8. It kept me entertained throughout, until I fell asleep on lap 38.

Lewis and Michael for managing to keep me awake for so long. Having only one vote I chose Lewis.

I really wonder what was he thinking with that start?! I suppose he thought he could win with that HRT
