Grahame Chilton has reportedly left Aon and they are said to have canned motorsport sponsorship (source is sport365.fr). I guess that might be curtains for Max's F1 career - can live in hope, anyway

It's possible, especially seeing as Chilton has yet to be confirmed by Marussia.

But Chilton Sr is starting a new venture so perhaps the money will come from there.

I thought they had AON sponsorship even tho Tom buggered off to the WTCC

Or am I 2 years out of date there?

TBH the focus' have hardly been front runners recently, as much as I like them it's hard to picture in my mind what sponsors they've been running.
The nice blue/white livery with giant AON logo sticks in my head though *shrug*

yeah, that worked well for other teams as well. DDD was a Super Aguri Idea and Minardi is said to have pretty decent cars on paper but could never fully utilize it due to lack of money.
