Jenson ran Perez off the road then complained when Perez did it to him. I like Jenson but he just got flat out beaten today.

I found it interesting that the drivers were all running each other off in the same way that Canamasas did in the GP2 race yesterday, but none of them got any penalties. Where do the stewards think the GP2 drivers are learning it from?

I think the GP2 drivers are held to tighter rules because when allowed to race more openly it gets out of control and huge accidents and stupid insane stuff starts happening. I'm ok with GP2 being held to higher standards in this case, until they are more mature.

The thing that stops the DRS opening too far failed on Alonso's car.

di Resta smiling and laughing. This is what FI drivers look like when the team make better calls. Much better race by them, shane Sutil had the puncture.

Watching the BBC repeat, I like how DC interrupts Ben Edwards to actually go silent.....grrr

But I don't have a problem with any of the overtaking today. It was all great, hard racing, the difference was a combination of the track width and the respect between the drivers meant you knew it was hard racing but it wasn't going to end in an accident....I never got the impression that anyone would end up upside down or anything due to wheel contact today.

The only crash we got was a mis-communication between a car coming out of the pits and another who wasn't, wouldn't say that was deliberate either....

So by only crash, I assume you're forgetting about the one involving Gutierrez on lap one and then one involving a Caterham just a few laps later? :p

I was making notes during that crash and missed it

On another note, I found it funny to see Button being irritated at Perez's aggression and forgetting that he actually forced his team-mate off of the track.

Oh yeah...the replays of that happened during my own personal 1 stop strategy, people told me about that when I returned to the TV lol

Will go and view the caps in the video section now to update my knowledge base.....

From Adam Cooper's Twitter:

At the end of lap 2 Sutil was 81s behind Vettel, and at the chequered flag, he was 76s behind him. Also set 2nd fastest lap

Yeah but that's stupid. Sutil is driving flat out to try and make up positions. Vettel is cruising because Alonso had an issue.

Vettel was certainly cruising for the final stint, but no-one aside from maybe the Lotus' made up any time on him.

Both FIF1s had the speed to be on the podium.

I can't see any problems with Perez' driving today. I think it was okay, and it was fun to watch. But I don't understand what Rosberg was doing today. He was so agressive with destroying his tyres and his racepace. His pace was good, because when he was alone, he was very quick, but then he still doing the most crazy things with his car, what destroyed his tyres.

Button just complaining because after the first 3 races he thought Perez was going to be a push over, now he suddenly realises that he may have a fight on his hands.....if he was so worried about Perez he always had the option to let the "crazy" guy through.
