I'll give it a watch later this week, don't see this being released in the theater in the near future (It probably won't even make it to the theater in Belgium).

It was being shown in theatre in NYC a couple of months back. Not sure about a date for general release.

This is gonna be shown at a cinema 10 minutes from me, so I have no excuse not to be able to catch it.

I'm not a massive Senna fan, but then again I like racing, so...duh! Gonna go!

If you have Netflix, it's online.

Just watched the documentary and after all these years, the pain hasn't gone away. It felt like I was present at the funeral. I've never watched a film that had so emotional effect on me.

"We are made of emotions, we are all looking for emotions, it's only a question of finding the way to experience them. There are many different ways of experience them all. Perhaps one different thing, only that, one particular thing that Formula One can provide you, is that you know we are always expose to danger, danger of getting hurt .. danger of dying."

Ok thanks. I think thats the same one I was lucky enough to find then. Its 2 hours 42 minutes.
I see the theatrical version will be 1 hour 45 mins. I wonder where they'll find a whole hour to cut. There's a ton of good footage in the director's cut! And I felt even that was short. Definitely could've included more content.
So two things:

A) I have never heard anything so ludicrous as Prost saying he was toying with Senna. 47 laps in a 53 lap race and you're still toying with him? Come on, Alain.

B) I never realized how odd a man Bisigiano(?) is.
Watched the directors cut like 3 times allready. Just fantactic. Also the music used is so will chosen.

I'm wondering, are his parents still alive? Anyone have any idea?

Today is the release in Germany. Hardly any mainstream cinemas picked this one up. Here it's only shown in a small cinema for less than a week
