Well, Caterham sure as hell has a kick-ass nose compared to these two. I´ll bet McLaren have a Gerard Depardieu -nose update ready any day now as well.

Despite the bad weather at Maranello the shakedown of the new Ferrari was completed last week. Click on the spoiler tag for an exclusive spy shot:

Don't know what to think about it yet. For me it does not look as hideous as the Caterham but seriously it is far away from being a beauty.

Good god what are they thinking?.. What's with disjointed noses..surely the rules can't be that hard to interpret?
And I find it quite difficult to believe that if these cars are designed and built in such secrecy we now have 3 on track with the same solution to the problem!

I bet McLaren will have the 27 nose look like that too eventually.

Right, been awake for 90 minutes & already had two launches and a driver announcement. Tired :p

Probably has to do with the fact that there is less freedom in the design rules and less and less ways in which to interpret them.

Then why is the McLaren nose so normal? Either they've got a totally different interpretation of the rules or it isn't illegal.

Will be interesting to see what Newey does with the RB8

The Ferrari needs to be killed with huge quantities of fire.

I suspect that the McLaren will probably have a new nose during testing, but hopefully nothing as poorly thought out as the Ferrari. They've managed to make the Catherham's solution look elegant. The Catherham's also looks more aerodynamic.

The Force India isn't much of a looker either, but still miles nicer than the Fezza.

Force India's wing looks better for some reason, more refined. Ferrari look like they read the rules and decided to come up with the most vomit-inducing design.

Will be out all day Monday & Tuesday :( Wanna see launches & follow testing :p
