Hamilton made the first move. He slowed and swerved at Maldonado.

How many reprimands has Hamilton had now?

Only his second I think, might be his third though I'm not sure.

Must be his second, because I thought 3 reprimands meant some sort of grid penalty?

Fair penalty for Lewis, would have given more to Maldonado. Not exclusion or anything, but perhaps demoted to the back.

Good thing im not the only one who thought Hamilton turned into Maldonado. Han an onboard been shown?

You're not. I saw Hamilton making a contact with Maldonado earlier, then ruining his next lap by blocking him after La Source and not getting the hint when Maldonado used Hamilton's antics against himself. What you reap is what you saw, if you ask me. Maldonado shouldn't be the only one to be blamed on this. His move was dirty, though. Then again it's Hamilton who's involved in these situations every now and then. But hey, it's good entertainment to say at least! So long they're not doing that in 300km/h pace.

The chequered flag was out when the move was done, so Hamilton wasn't blocking Maldonado's lap.

Well, there is going to be massive difference between soft/hard compound, they've got LOADS of dry tyres obviously, so I honestly wouldn't be surprised at a 4 or 5 stop strategy with soft-soft-soft-soft-hard If it is dry of course

It doesn't show the whole incident. You need to see right from La Source not just a little bit that 'absolves' Hamilton. It doesn't show the swerve before.

Like Ian said the page before, I'd like to see the onboard from about 5 seconds beforehand.

Well either one of two things happened:

1) he faked a swerve toward PM to send the message he wasn't too happy.
2) he got wheelspin and it snapped sideways at the worst possible time.

Until we see the full onboard, we'll never know, but if the stewards asked for telemetry and watched the full onboard (assuming it's available) then I'd plumb for the former.

Still not sure a reprimand is justified just for that, maybe it's cos he's black, what da ya think?
