They should just make every race double points. That way they can say "we have double points" and that keeps everyone else happy too since no race is worth more than any other. :p

They should leave it as is, and award HALF points for all Tilkedrome venues.

Pretty sure it will be Mclaren, why else would they leave their current drivers in such uncertainty.

Well, it's either McLaren or bust.

I think we're in for a shocker.
Maybe even on a Damon Hill level.

I highly doubt Ron would potentially put the jeopardy of a company he has worked most of his life to build over some personal grudge from 8 years ago, fact is Alonso is a bloody fast driver and imo it would be good for McLaren as a business to have someone like him driving for them

Mclaren/Honda will be on their knees begging for Alonso to sign with them, if it hasn't been done yet(which I personally believe already happened quite some time ago)

Imagine what would have been of Ferrari based on Massa and Kimi  BTW, Ferrari will finish 4th or 5th in WCC, next year, with their line up

To me the real question is: who will be the other guy Alonso will be trashing? The expensive and experient JB or the cheap and imature "K-Mag"?!

Keeping on a Mclaren related subject, with all this that's surrounding the Woking's team, Vandoorne is likely the new Jamie Green/Gary Paffet, if you catch my drift.

That'd be awful! Just like the last time, when they won a world championship!

3 actually, if you count constructors championships. Even without the Spygate saga, they would have won by one point.

Don't think that is true, even if you take away the points from Hungary.

Not sure though, haven't checked.

They lost 15 points due to that, but it was unrelated to Spygate, so I didn't count it.

(that moment in reality cost Alonso that championship)

aah, 2007, what a lovely controversial year! The races were shit, but the championship was so tight even the Olsen twins would struggle with it.

Alonso would have won 2007 & 2008 with more than double the points of Kimi in 2007 and Massa in 2008, based on his head to head against these two :whistling:

I'll say it again, unless Ferrari's PU get's massively improved in 2015, they are heading for a 4th or 5th in WCC, next year. (if Williams keeps this good and if Mclaren/Honda steps up, then 6th)

That wasn't a shocker, much more like a WTF moment.

Based on a fictional event.
