That was not the point. The point is that when Ham was asked to move over, he was not holding Rosberg. It would have just been an order inversion with Rosberg barely pulling away, still one stop short. Not on a race-winning run as you seem to believe.

Rosberg need to be 2 sec faster per lap to catch the lead group before the end.
