No, the 5 seconds was for the oversteery turn 1 and then running off the track. I think.

I can see room for debate on whether or not Max brake checked Lewis, but if you think Lewis ran into him on purpose you’re delusional.

That seems a stretch for me. But even if it’s true I hardly blame him. Max was trying his best to make the penalty meaningless, so why should Hamilton play along with someone trying to game the system. He should know because he did the same thing against Raikkonen all those years ago at Spa.
