It's legal to pass a car with technical problem under yellow. Mean while the stewards are investigating Rosberg for causing a collision and continuing on track with severely damaged car. DQ and grid penalty possibly.

Rosberg can't even crash properly.

Just wait it out, they probably won't hand him a penalty because he kept out of the way, only had half the lap to go and the car was driveable. Common sense may prevail here.
