If someone locked up and half spun braking for the pitspeed line, those photographers are going flying.

Collision will be investigated after practice. Vettels fault unless he really did have a braking issue.

Why blaming Perez? It was his corner, unless Vettel had a braking failure as Gaara said. Lol at 7 & 44 :D

So just an unlucky situation. Perez didn't expect a loose wheel and Vettel couldn't avoid the incident.
No-one to blame.

Ferrari will probably get a fine for that though. Unless they can prove it was a part / mechanical failure.
