Mercedes were slow yesterday because they were prevented from running their tyres in an unsafe and dangerous configuration.

Bitching about something that's the same for every team... Deal with it.

I don't see Ross Brawn moaning, more he's pointing out the fact that the decision to ban these practices has affected Mercedes performance.

Ross didn't, but both drivers did.

Completely agree. In fact, Lewis' post race interviews following the last two GP's have been embarrassing in their complete idiocy in addition to the contradiction he's clearly not aware he's using.

Silverstone - Tyres are unsafe, it is not good enough, something has to change

Germany - Tyre wear is poor, it is not good enough, something has to change

So what will it be Lewis? Tyres that are unsafe because your team is using them incorrectly or tyres that are safe but your car can't properly handle because it isn't very good?

Just noticed the bitter irony of that FOM pitlane incident: directly behind camerman Paul Allen there was another FOM cameraman taking shots by kneeing on the ground. He noticed the fast approaching wheel and just jumped into safety. Unfortunately the wheel hit his camera that was laying on the ground. And because of that the camera was forced into the air and hit Mr Allen at his shoulder.

You mean the wheel was forced up in the air because of the camera. ;)
Well spotted, thankfully it didn't hit the kneeing cameraman. I was so glad we had the time to see that the injured person was conscious (head clearly tilted up) before they cut to another angle.

Come on Lewis, stop being a prat. The problem is with your car, not with the tyres.

Not one to read the gossip pages, but it seems Lewis has broken up with her. Again.

To maintain this excelent and very interesting level of news coverage: Lewis Hamilton was seen partying and flirting with Rihanna last night. http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/07/12/lew ... er-monaco/

I like the driver a lot, so I just hope this won't impact his performance and driving style like it did in 2011.
