Rumours on Atlas that Force India will park up very early tomorrow and make a quick getaway.

This was allegedly what they told Todt in their meeting before FP3 and was what drove the poison dwarf to having them eliminated from the coverage.

EDIT: As far as weather is concerned, it is best to wait for Emlyn Hughes' blog to come out; http://f1weather.com/

The Speed TV guys suggested the same thing.

Sky guys quite timid to say FOM didn't show FI as a payback for missing FP2.

edit: anybody knows where I can find the schedule/tv guide(don't know how you guys call it in UK) of SkyF1?

I hope FI don't park, they are in a good position for points!

Well if they are going to park it, I hope they milk fuck out of it. Remember Jean Alesis ridiculous jump start in the Speedcar series? I hope di Resta does that.

According RTL Deutschland there was a little technical problem with the car, so they decided to stay in the pits with Schumacher.

We had that information in brazilian coverage too, it was a rear wing issue.

Now about the qualy, this season keeps surprsing me, I tought RBR would be better but not so much that could give them the chance to set the pole. Its nice for the championship, more drivers with real chances, but God I hate Vettel's radio, its everytime the same. Schumacher was really unlucky today and I had to hear our commentators saying a lot of bulshit, they said Rosberg is allways half a second faster than Schummy... I wonder, do they forgot that Schuey qualified in front of Nico in the first two races?

Ricciardo was far away the biggest surprise, STR was struggling at Malaysia, and now a 6th place in the grid is a superb job by him. I wonder how much he will drop during the race, but that position shows some potential for the race.

It can be a good race, I hate this track, but lets hope for a good race tomorrow.

schumi just got bad luck this season ,,to bad i hope his luck will turn soon
on the FI issue i think its madness imo the only reason this is done to them is for missing FP2

lol there are people on atlas claiming that the the FOM not showing FI is "conspirancy theory". What more blatant they need to realize such an obvious thing?

You get some of the least intelligent posters on the internet over there on occasion.

Adam Hay-Nicholls (the Metro's motorsport journo) pointing out on Twitter that this is not the first time that the TV director has been ordered to avoid a certain team.

Any guesses?

Hay-Nicholls has Tweeted again to say that the name of the team in question no longer exists.

Most people seem to think that it's Minardi under Stoddart, as FOM didn't begin to concentrate their TV production power until about 2005.

EDIT: Emlyn sez rain after the race is over.

I still love his rant to Dutch TV during Indy 2005. That was awesome.

Meanwhile,

Q. Your 31st pole position Sebastian, and your second pole position here
SV: 31? Shit!

Quote:
Q. (Khoda Rawi – F1Arab.com) Lewis, I believe you are the first driver in F1 history that finished the first three races of the season in third position, and you've never won here before. Do you think you can do it tomorrow, since the car seems competitive on all tracks?

LH: It's going to be massively hard tomorrow, for sure. We seem to have had some good races here. I think in my first year I was second here – we struggled a little bit that year and yet we still got good results and I think we have a better car this year to fight the Red Bulls in the race. I think their race pace has generally been a little bit quicker in the last couple of races, within a tenth (of a second) of race pace, but we've made some improvements so I hope that tomorrow our set-up works really well for us and we can challenge for a win.

Q. (Khoda Rawi – F1Arab.com) Lewis, you have a huge fan base in the Middle East; what would you like to say to your fans?

LH: To my fans here… Growing up I never ever thought that I would ever have fans so to learn that I have more and more fans coming from different places and particularly the Middle East is a fantastic feeling, so I'm very much appreciative of all the support that they give me and I hope that many of them come this weekend. And a big thank you to all of them for some of the messages that I get, because I do notice that I have certain messages on Twitter or Facebook from out here in the Middle East, so just a big thank you to them, and fingers crossed for the season.
