Would it help at all if teams actually could make setup changes on the grid?

Weather will not co-operate. Sitting inside the cars for how long will make it look totally stupid? A full hour?

Just do what you do in Japan 2007, let them Drive behind sc, at least some rain will clear from racing line. If no car driving for sure rain will staynon line, logicaly

but again, the conditions we see on the camera are not the ones they can see there, might be Fuji 2007 levels of fog

Am I the only one who think drivers should actually adapt their driving according to the weather conditions ?
I mean, I remember back in 2004 Magny-Cours during free practice, i was standing in the first corner, the track was wet, guys were flying flat out just like in dry conditions, the cars were literally dancing through the whole corner, that was nuts...
