I too would like to withdraw my comments and offer my sincere apologies.
It was very bird brained of me.

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT I'm sorry....

Webber led 2 laps last night too.

No he didn't in official stats. He led on the lap after Vettel pitted but never a full lap since he slowed for the timing line (going to the pits) and Vettel took the lead back.

Fourth grand chelem for Vettel, equaling Senna and Stewart, so just another day at the office.

Wow, two consecutive grand chelems. That hasn't happened since 1963 with Jim Clark winning French and Dutch GP?

Correct. Only 3 people have done it at consecutive races so far. The first one to do it was Alberto Ascari at the German GP and the Dutch GP of 1952.

Vettel can make it 5 wins in a row. I believe Schumacher and Mansell did the same in 2004 and 1992 respectively. Is that a record of consecutive wins? If so, Vettel can beat it in India, and you'd be a fool to bet against that happening.

Schumacher won 7 in a row in 2004. But to equal the record, Vettel needs to win all of the remaining races this season.

Schumi also won 6 in a row, across the back end of 2000 and front end of 2001. Schumi holds the most consecutive wins in a season but Alberto Ascari has the record for most consecutive wins at 9 in a row, across the 1952-1953 seasons.

I remember thinking back at Spa that it was entirely feasible - weather permitting - that Vettel could win all the remaining racers. 3 down, 5 to go, ooer..

at least back in 2004 we had Montoya to prevent a 13 victory streak for Schumacher

Montoya? Hardly. If anyone was prevented that streak then it was Schumi himself. Shouldn't have been warming his brakes and tyres in the Monaco tunnel. Only has himself to blame.

Actually, wrong again. I think you'll find that was Alonso later in the race after he crashed trying to lap Ralf Schumacher in the tunnel... :p

25 seconds in for the flip...
