Alonso chose to go out of the track to get ahead of the STR, he was not forced. He deserves a penalty. This is no different to Silverstone 2010 or Germany 2011 (Vettel on Button). |

Vettel gains some respect from me because he puts his middlefinger up to the fia with these donuts. Hope he keeps doing those if he's innevitably going to win all remaining races this season |

Alonso not getting a penalty is disgusting. If that was Grosjean or Maldonado, the FIA wouldn't have waited more than 2 laps before sending him back to the pitlane. He went flatout through the white line and over the kerbs, he should get 20 seconds, but he probably won't get more than a reprimand. I'm also highly suspicious of Rosberg cutting a corner and gaining a massive advantage in the last 5 laps. Considering the gap at the end of the race, he might have cheated his way to the podium. |
