2 minutes ago McLaren said they were safe. Now Kimi has scared the shit out of them and they've put Lewis back in the car. McLaren really don't think very well during sessions.

And McLaren thought they were safe. They have to go out.

Ok, first Brundle says that the fans should prefer the new layout. Now he's saying that all new tracks should replicate the hairpin.

1. They already do, and it sucks.
2. No. Just no.

Did he suddenly lose his mind when he went to Sky?

We've discussed the layouts at least twice so far in this thread. The old layout provided crap racing. You can argue if you want, but it's true and we all know it. It was an awesome to seeing them thunder through the forests at 200mph, but it was the same every year - two by two. The racing SUCKED.

I'd completely disagree with that, but it's probably been well discussed already. Prost vs Alan Jones, Senna vs Nannini, the race in 2000 (which had a lot of passing, even before the crazy man on the track). Classics. It also made the stadium section really tricky, as the cars had low downforce, and they looked a handful. Not anymore. The races in the 80's tended to suck, because it was too hard on the engines, but currently reliability + Pirelli + Kers would make it amazing.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

A 10 year old F1 fan would come up with a better strategy than Mercedes.

I wonder whose decision it was to do that on the harder compound, almost backfired
