:(

Charlie Whiting will surely cancel the race for that. :(

But not before a 14 hour delay will hold us stuck to our TV monitors. Image

RIP Sausage kerb April 4th 2014-April 5th 2014

The 5 seconds of excitement you brought will always be the most remarkable thing to happen at this track

I'm surprised we haven't heard from the drivers about their safety concerns or how Vettel thinks it's shit.

Montezemelo will probably suggest amending the rules so it doesn't affect Ferrari's performance

I remember back at least 10 years ago when the screaming of the v10s and v16s meant that you couldn't even hear what session was displayed at the top of the screen. It was much better then and also someone needs to find out how Pirelli made it happen.

Vergne told French media last night that he spent time in hospital between Australia and Malaysia due to dehydration.

just something I thought of. Prior to 2003 (or was it even later), one would only occasionally be informed of how much of the race was left. that said, i loved those yellow 'classic' overlays, especially the ones displaying the difference between drivers (where a new number would come up every sector).

The cars are in their first year of development, pretty sure that within a phew years they will be reaching that limit easily.

Some bits from Bernie's interview with Brundle:

'Doesn't like the sound, Says its not what fans expect from the brand'
'Wants them to sound like they used to'
'Would be interested in customer cars'
'isn't trying to drive down the cost of the sport to buy it back'
'Wouldn't have suggested double points if he didn't think it was the right thing to do'
'Although does think double points may not be fair to those who did the work earlier in the year'
'Thinks the stewards have got a bit too clinical with handing out penalty's'

Then again, it was at a time where many races were about following the two leaders fighting at a distance and popping the time difference between them at each sector
