They're pretty far off last year's pole time. Is that down to the technical changes in the cars or something else? |

The changes, the fact it's FP2 and not qualifying, the tarmac was new last year and isn't offering up as much grip after a winter of weathering and the fact it's windy as fuck I expect them to be closer tomorrow. Still slower, but closer. |

If it wasn't for the new rules next year and Aston wanting some continuity, I really can't see Seb being in F1 next year. His heart just doesn't look in it. You can even see it in his driving. Two years like the same as last year might just be too much. |

with that fee I can see only russian oligarchs or middle eastern princes funding F1 entries or cons doing a huge money laundering scheme anyway Hamilton is leading already, so this weekend is wrapped up in his favor |

Red Bull on top: OMG heroes, saving our championship season, how can they manage to pull of such success, miracle! It was like this in 2017/18 when Merc and Ferrari were pretty balanced over the course of an entire season, but different types of tracks played into their strengths and weaknesses so only one of them would look faster over the course of the weekend. I expect Red Bull and Merc to yo-yo back and forth like this all season tbh |

Honestly, if Porsche publicly says the $200 million is the sole reason they wont enter the FIA will give them special dispensation and they can enter without paying up. Then again, Porsche or any VAG brand joining F1 is about as likely as Rich Energy being a title sponsor next year and actually having their product on the shelf |

Bit of an old man rant here...but Bloody Hell I am sick and tired of David Croft. Especially whenever he says slippy instead of slippery. I had never ever heard someone say slippy before and I know its and adjective of slippery but does anyone other than Brits say it? It sounds like regional slang. And coming from David Croft just makes a vein pop out of my head......... I think I need to sit down....... |
