Wonder if Rosberg or Massa will get grid spot penalties.

Why Rosberg?

Someone came up on him going slowly at Turn 10. He stayed high in the turn though so would be quite unfair to penalize him IMHO.

Well it's been a couple of hours since quali finished and there's been no sign of protests. Lets hope it stays that way.

a little bit after FOM showed Massa blocking Hulk, they also showed Rosberg blocking Bottas. Tbh, I would say both would very much deserve penalties but it would actually kind of ruin what we seem to have for the race right now. Rosberg on pole and Massa, with hards, on 4th is good for the race imho. Also, I don't know if Hulk and Bottas were on their fastest laps when were blocked, so maybe didn't/won't bother to protest it

Anyway, if the race starts to suck tomorrow, I'll switch full attention to Zolder

Both blocks seemed unintentional. It's more up to the lenience of the stewards. Thankfully, they seemed to be not that harsh.

Rosberg and Massa got away with it. Some (death) penalties for trouble makers further down though.

Tomorrow Barrichello will make his 'debut' in the pre-race of Globo interviewing the drivers at the grid. He did this before as an special guest in the last Brazilian Grand Prix and it was a huge success. Now he is going to do this more often and replace Luciano Burti at some occasions.

Great, if it isn't crowded enough with Coulthard (BBC) Brundle (sky UK ) Tania (Sky Germany) and whoever Sky Italia send, now they have Rubens doing a gridwalk too?

Will be a good drinking game when they all bump into each other during their alloted 5 minutes tomorrow then! :p

Is that guy with the nifty suits still on the grid?

Quite interested in seeing how Massa goes. I can't remember anyone really starting this high up on the alternative strategy. Also I want to hear that song they use on Brazillian TV.

Actually, Globo has been doing the grid walk since last season. First with Mariana Becker, the reporter that stays on track, later with both her and Burti. I guess there won't be major chances regarding how packed is the grid before the race. Anyway, it is too short. Nothing longer than 20 minutes.

Bernie Ecclestone has described the Bahrain government as “stupid” for allowing today’s grand prix in the troubled Gulf kingdom to give a voice to human rights protestors.

Kai Ebel, Buxton, Nira Juanco (Spanish TV) and I think Jennie Gow (5Live) also do grid interviews :p Many more I'm sure!

Mika Salo for Finnish TV but not in Bahrain. Timo Pulkkinen is also on the grid but there are only four regulars on the scene who give him interview: Whitmarsh, Horner, Hembery and Hintsa.

I miss the flagwaver being on the track at the end of the race, Brazil and Australia always had the unique styles
