Beautifull smoke cloud coming from that engine. Poor Kimi though.

Must have been a very sudden and catastrophic failure there - the engineers generally seem to be able to see that coming these days and shout at the drivers to switch off. Takes me back to the good ol' days of grenading engines, lol.

Please, F1 broadcasters, do talk more about the potential for rain, I don't quite think you've mentioned it enough already.

Senna spun infront of Schumacher, Michael very nearly nailed him.

Did he hit the barrier?

Never seen anyone do that there in the dry before, even surprised the cameramen who weren't expecting him to go off in such a random place

Nice again to see Felipe with a handle on the Ferrari. Hope it can continue into next year.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

If you are going to photoshop, at least make it look plausible.

Except his uncle, although it was a bit earlier.

It's not a matter of whether rain will come, it's a matter of when. So it could well be a dry qlf, depending on the shower development.
But tonight it will be a more steady rain so we could well have a damp track when the race starts, not sure it will be raining though.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that barrier new this year?

Expect to see a full tarmac runoff area there next year Image
