Could Merc pinch Piastri from McLaren to run alongside Hamilton for a couple of years then take the reigns.

Swap him with Lewis, let Lewis have his final 2 years as a Mclaren homecoming with it seems a wash in terms of car performance (maybe even a slight improvement) and let Merc develop Piastri to fight max in 2026 (at the earliest, sadly)
