Wow... Just watched the onboard. This joint is fast.

On second thought... Maybe it's the narrowness giving the illusion of being fast.

We need more Hugenholtzesque tracks. Hugenholtz >>>>>>> Tilke.

I just hope no one flips in the gravel this weekend. Otherwise they have a typical knee-jerk reaction (despite halo and all) and sterilize the track by 2022.

Alonso will pass him by number of GP entries assuming a full 2022 season with Alpine.

I heard Kimi is on something like 33.2%. Someone better at maths can work out the other two

Patrese has 256 starts (24.42%)
Hill has 176 (16.79%)
Kimi will be 342 if he starts this Sunday (I think... - 32.63%).

That's 774 starts out of 1048 events = 73.85%.

It's a little bit higher if you include non starts - 782 entries (74.61%).

This track is so twisty and narrow that it is the perfect place for a terrible crash between a car on a flying lap and a car going way slower.

it's the sweet spot to finally end that ridiculous slow down before flying laps

A max laptime of 1:26 between SC lines has been set for in laps.

Kimi apparently has COVID, Kubica is getting a seat fitment done.

Confirmed for both. Probably applies for Monza as well.

Sucks if true. Are they sure it's not a false positive? Accordingly he has no symptoms.

Well that sucks. Wouldn’t be too surprised if we don’t see him back tbh. He already seemed annoyed with the questions about his retirement. I can see him walk out right away

Max probably getting grid penalty for passing stroll just as the red flag came out. Stroll was very slow however while max was on a flyer. Also depends when the red came out. Video leaves room for debate

They will give him some penalty points and maybe a fine IMO. No way they apply a grid penalty to one person who is responsible for Zandvoort's F1 return.

Not much Max could do in the circumstances, a poor call if a penalty is applied
