Ok I know it is easy to jump on the OMG Williams are doomed bandwagon here....but they are seriously fucked here, because from those onboards the car doesn't look like it is a handful to drive.

It doesn't appear to suddenly have snap oversteer or understeer, the driver having to fight the car. It is just slow. It doesn't appear to be slow because the driver is having to fight the car, it is just slow. And that is far more worrisome than being slow because the drivers are having to fight the car.
