If anyone has any questions they'd like to ask Nico Hulkenberg, please pm me before about lunchtime (4hrs from now) and I'll see if he can answer them.

Also, I see Rich is now at Marussia. Good on him.

Circuit de Catalunya may reconsider continuing with the F1/MotoGP races due to the economic situation:
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/96924

If that does happen I wonder if Valencia would then become the Spanish Gp or hopefully they will find another (Preferably better for racing) track to host the Spanish Gp, MotorLand Aragón perhaps?

Most likely the European GP would be dropped. With Valencia becoming the venue for the Spanish GP.

A Valencia/Barcelona share is looking the most likely option as both governments want cutbacks.

The Flemish part of Belgium has a lot more money than the Wallonian part. Spa is in the Wallonian part. So if you look at it that way, Artur Craft is right.

But if you look at it that way, Spain is more poor than Belgium and they have 2 races...

Spain have big population, though. Their GDP is much bigger than Belgium's so they, as a whole, are stronger economically than Belgium even if Belgians are better per capita. Finland, for instance, is great per capita but they are so small that they will never(or very hardly) be able to afford the today's F1 "prices"

Nope, Finnish GP will not happen. Ever. Thanks to greenies, our laws and the way money is used in our country. Finland uses money for green-polish, bureacracy (over 1/3 works on public sector) and sends the rest of the money for charity. Then they notice they have spend more what they can afford and raise taxes and takes a huge loan from the IMF every year.

A serious country, like most Europeans are, can't put money in things such as entertainment without having a reserve for it which won't jeopardized their condition to provide welfare to population.

In that context, I doubt countries like Belgium have extra money to things as F1. The current fees most likely are a big sacrifice for such governaments and untill the F1 market is free from not so serious countries/sheiks interest, it will be always tough to pay the over prices generated by this market.

There are members in atlas claiming that even UK shouldn't be paying for a GP. I heard by some people(don't know if reliable and I'm not an economist) that hosting Olympics Games was one of the reasons for Greece being in their current situation.

It says it will have suspension pull rod as Red Bull's and the position of the driver will be lower as in Mclaren's case. It also says the radiators will be longer and narrower and the exhaust will be positioned in center as Fig 7 shows.

Incase you have not heard the Euro is in the shitter the economy is in recession. Italy and Greece, portugal and ireland are bankrupt most Euro banks are in trouble because they have to bail them out. Bernie is not off the mark when he says europe is done.

It looks pretty similar to the 2009-2011 profile.

The new rule according to Finnish MTV3 is that the maximum height of the nose is now 55cm when it used to be 62cm. So we should have lower nosecones than before.

I'm starting to believe that Petrov will be at Caterham next week. Firstly, Mike Gascoyne said that Trulli will be part of the team, but when pressed he never said he'd be driving. Secondly, I've had a few tweets saying it's happening.

Trulli's argument of him having more experience is running out. Hope he's out ASAP.

Lotus are said to have developed what could be this year's 'must have gizmo':

There is a technical drawing of the system here:
