They just need to do away with full wets for good. It's pointless if you're never going to let them race in anything but mildly damp conditions anymore...

This may be the first time I recall a race being timed from start to finish.

It does, but the original scheduled start was no more as soon as they delayed the start procedure.

Standing start for sure? In Monaco they introduced a new "rule", claiming that since there hadn't been wet running, it had to be a SC start (I call that bullshit).
